Customer Review: AMAZING WONDERFUL ITEM!

After reading all these negative reviews I just have to say something:
I purchased my capresso in December of 08, I did so because the item looked purely SO COOL!, I ended up buying a 2nd one a couple months later for my sister, but I actually never sent it because I loved it so much (I bought a third one and sent it to her, dont worry :), anyway, I've had 1 in my kitchen, and one in my living room next to my "tea stuff" (I'm crazy about tea). And to put it plain and simple there's a reason y people experience this "smell & taste". The one in my kitchen was always emptied and only used wen I need to boil quick water for something and I used tap water, and the one in my living room is actually kept full ready to boil at any time I want tea (which is several times a day) and I use only filtered purified water in this one. And basically the one in my kitchen had that weird "smell or taste" sometimes, but the one in my living room only delivers delicious fresh hot water... sooooo, I dont think i have to spell it out to anyone, but just in case I do:
Dont use tap water and if ur not gonna keep it full of water all the time, then make sure u dry it VERY thoroughly between uses, the heating element will gather a coating of (i dont wanna call it rust) "something" and the seal will dry out, this contributes greatly to the "taste and smell", and if ur gonna use tapwater on it, well then ur just asking for problems. Long story short, I no longer use tap water on the one in my kitchen and it is dried completely wen not in use and rinsed with purified water before use... and after about 10 uses the smell and taste were gone :)
I hope this helps people and more people realize that this is a truly incredible item as long as u use it correctly... and common at the end of the day.. its just SO COOL!!!
