The Jura-Capresso ENA 4 saves both space and energy! It ushers in the era of smart power coffee centers with its Zero Energy Switch and Energy Save ModeŠ. Up until now, Energy Save Mode (E.S.M.) was only available on high end Jura-Capresso Impressas like the S9 One Touch, and the ENA 4 can now employ this technology to reduce energy consumption by up to 40%.
The ENA 4 does this by lowering the temperature of the ThermoBlock boiler during those times when you don't want to turn your machine off, but you also don't want it running at full steam either. The Zero Energy Switch allows you to completely disconnect the ENA 4 from the electrical grid without unplugging it. It eliminates the phantom currents that are a natural part of most electronic devices.
